【摘要】 血管内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞，亦称为成血管细胞。随着近年来血管性疾病的增多，血管内皮祖细胞在动脉硬化性狭窄及闭塞性病变方面的作用越来越受到人们重视。但内皮祖细胞的增殖能力成为制约其运用的一大障碍。笔者通过大量阅读文献，就血管内皮祖细胞的增殖与迁移方面作一综述。
