【摘要】 组织沉默是组织中普遍存在的一种群体现象，这一现象的存在，影响着组织的发展和个体的成长。长期以来是管理学关注的对象，有关护士组织沉默的研究则特别少。本研究通过对组织沉默的概念、结构、原因、影响、测量等相关内容进行详细归纳总结，为建立符合我国国情，适宜测评我国护士组织沉默的工具提供参考。
