【摘要】 心血管疾病已成为世界上发病率最高的疾病之一。想要减少心血管疾病的发病率，明确心血管疾病的发病机制尤其重要。近年来越来越多的研究表明，细胞色素P450(Cytochrome 450 enzymes，CYP)在心血管疾病的发病过程中起重要作用。并且研究表明CYP的表达在心血管疾病的发作和进展过程中起到保护性作用，现就其研究进展作一综述。

    【Abstract】 Cardiovascular disease has become one of the most serious diseases in the world.In order to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease，make sure of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease is particularly important.In recent years，more and more studies show that Cytochrome 450 enzymes(CYP)play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease and CYP expression play a protective role in the onset and progression of cardiovascular disease.
