【摘要】近年来深静脉血栓形成的发病率不断攀升，随着介入技术的发展，导管接触溶栓因其微创、高效而成为促进血栓再通的重要方式。现将近几年学者针对导管接触溶栓的研究进行综述，从溶栓途径、溶栓入路、溶栓药物的应用及并发症四个方面探讨导管接触溶栓治疗的可行性、有效性及安全性。
