【摘要】 目的：对保留下颌骨与牙列的舌癌根治术在患者预后中的影响进行调查分析。方法：选取2010年1月-2015年1月本院口腔科接收并应用手术进行治疗的舌癌患者50例作为研究对象，将其分为观察组(保留下颌骨与牙列)与对照组(矩形切除下颌骨)，每组25例，对患者预后进行分析。结果：观察组术后左右面型、咬合关系与术前一致，对照组术后面型出现了明显的塌陷现象，咬合缺失，且观察组患者生存质量明显高于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在舌癌患者的治疗中，临床上应该合理选择手术适应证，尽量应用保留下颌骨与牙列的舌癌根治术进行治疗，以保证临床疗效，提高患者生存质量。
