【摘要】 卵巢早衰(POF)指女性40岁以前发生的排卵和卵巢分泌激素功能的停止，低雌激素(E2<25 pg/mL)和高卵泡刺激素(FSH>40 IU/L)、黄体生成素(LH>30 IU/L)的状态，诊断以至少半年或以上闭经多次发生为标准。POF是妇科内分泌领域的常见病。由于POF病因多且确切发病机制尚不明确，因此治疗上分歧众多，还没有明确有效的、针对恢复卵巢自然功能的治疗措施。本文从中西医两种角度对卵巢早衰的治疗效果进行综述，旨在为卵巢早衰的临床治疗提供参考。

    【Abstract】 Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a heterogeneous disorder with the cessation of ovulation and the loss of ovarian function.The diagnosis is based on finding of amenorrhoea before age of 40 years associated with low estrogen(E2<25 pg/mL)、high follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH>40 IU/L) and luteinizing hormone(LH>30 IU/L).POF is a common disease in the gynecological endocrine field.Because the etiology of POF is more and the exact mechanism is not clear ......
