【摘要】 PBL联合CBS是一种以学生为主体、以问题为基础、以案例为引导的综合教学方法，该教学法应用于肾内科临床教学，不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣，调动学习积极性，还有利于学生建立完善的临床思维，提高独立解决临床问题能力。PBL联合CBS教学模式可提高教学效果，值得推广应用。
