【摘要】 临床急救能力是评价一个护士是否胜任本职工作的重要方面，如何加强培养并利用有效的测评工具评价，从而提高护士的核心能力及工作质量是现阶段护理管理者更应注重的问题。从相关概念、临床急救能力培养进展、国内外临床急救能力评价工具的研究进展等进行综述。
