【摘要】 健康信息技术能够为患者治疗和护理提供所需的临床信息，有助于提高医疗卫生系统的效率，并减少医疗误诊率。本文依据美国卫生信息与管理系统协会在2013年开展的调查，对健康信息技术在促进健康信息沟通方面的影响进行了评价。结果表明，现有的健康信息技术工具能够支持各种临床治疗过程，并能为治疗和护理准备提供更多相关信息，包括改进临床医生获得转院患者病况信息，最终增强患者治理和护理的水平。
