【摘要】 目的：观察规范化护理干预对Colles骨折肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法：将90例Colles骨折患者，采用单盲设计，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组45例，所有患者均进行基础治疗，观察组进行规范化干预护理，对照组采用一般护理。结果：伤后3、7 d观察组腕关节肿胀程度及VAS评分均低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：规范化干预护理方案对缓解Colles骨折后肢体肿胀有较好的临床疗效，能够提高患者的护理满意度。
