【摘要】 目的：评价护士组织沉默测评问卷的信效度。方法：随机抽取807名医院护士进行调查，并对问卷进行信效度检验。结果：总问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.918，4个维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.791～0.857，重测信度为0.902，分半信度为0.854，内容效度(CVI)为0.940。因子分析出4个公因子，累积方差贡献率为68.32%。结论：护士组织沉默测评问卷具有较好的信效度，可以用来测量我国医院护士的组织沉默。
