【摘要】 注射低分子肝素导致患者皮下出血是临床上常见的不良反应，本文从注射前注射部位的不当、注射方法的不正确及注射后按压的方法和时间等方面进行了原因分析，并针对相关的因素提出针对性的护理改进措施，经过大量的研究者研究表明按照本文的措施能有效降低注射低分子肝素所致皮下出血的发生率。
