综上所述，对于中晚期手部深二度烧伤，植皮治疗瘢痕形成少，功能恢复好，临床效果明显优于保守换药治疗，坚持康复训练、综合抗瘢痕治疗措施能使手部外观及功能得到最大程度的恢复。
