【摘要】 本文从前斜角肌综合征的概念入手、分别从解剖学、软组织“机械性质”假说与组织松解、针刺效应、电生理指标的改善、扩新原理、消除炎症、改善局部血液循环等原理对针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的实用性、安全性及便捷性进行了有关论述，笔者认为尽管对针刀治疗相关疾病有所争议，但其疗效应该值得肯定与推广。
