【摘要】 目的：探讨耳内镜下鼓膜成形术围手术期的护理方法。方法：选取本院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎行耳内镜鼓膜成形术患者157例作为研究对象，围手术期均采取合理护理措施，总结其疗效。结果：经围手术期护理干预后，除4例鼓膜有前下小穿孔外，其余153例鼓膜均愈合良好，听力均较术前有所改善，无面瘫等手术并发症。结论：精心的围手术期护理可提高耳内镜下鼓膜成形术的愈合率，降低并发症的发生。
