【摘要】 在重症监护病房，目标温度管理(targeted temperature management，TTM)被认为是一种很有前景的多方面的治疗方式。本文旨在介绍低温的概念、作用机制及在各类重症疾病中的应用效果。

    【Abstract】 Targeted temperature management(TTM) in intensive care units represents a promising multifaceted therapy for a variety of conditions.The purpose of this review is to introduce the concept of hypothermia，mechanism of action and the application effect of hypothermia in various critical diseases.
