【摘要】 淤积性皮炎是临床常见的下肢皮肤病变，其特点是病情反复、迁延难愈，治疗较为棘手，给患者带来不少痛苦。传统中医、西医以及中西医结合疗法均取得了一定的疗效。中西医结合疗法应用广泛，是治疗淤积性皮炎较为可靠的方法。

    【Abstract】 Sedimentation dermatitis is a common skin lesions of lower extremity，which is characterized by repetition，delayed healing of the disease and treatment more difficult，cause a lot of suffering for patients.Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine，and the curative effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine have harvested a lot.Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine is widely used which is the reliable treatment of sedimentation dermatitis.
