【摘要】 目的：研究分析磁共振PET(positron emission tomorgraphy)成像技术检测全身类肿瘤并查找病灶的临床研究应用。方法：对本院使用磁共振PET成像技术检测全身类48例已发现肿瘤患者寻找原发病灶进行分析。结果：48例通过病理发现的肿瘤患者中，检测原发病灶和是否转移的诊断中，磁共振扫描仅20例对原发病灶进行准确评估，在常规磁共振扫描基础上加以全身类PET成像技术则可以对46例肿瘤患者进行准确评估，检测准确评估率为95.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：磁共振PET成像技术对检测全身类肿瘤并且寻找原发病灶有着精确、无辐射及不需要注射造影剂等优势，并且对人体完全无副作用伤害，适合健康体检人群和肿瘤分期治疗患者，值得推广应用。
