【摘要】 核磁共振成像(MRI)、CT和X线被广泛应用于腰痛病因诊断，然而其使用的局限性和禁忌证限制了它们的应用。超声作为一种安全、廉价、易于使用的技术，在肌肉骨骼疾病的诊断及治疗方面显示出巨大的潜力。本文简要综述超声成像在腰痛诊断中的应用及研究进展，为临床工作提供参考。
