【摘要】 滤泡性胃炎是一类主要发生在儿童和青年女性，与幽门螺杆菌感染明显相关的胃炎。近几年，随着放大染色内镜检查技术的普及和医师对本病认识的提高，滤泡性胃炎的检出率逐年增加。笔者通过查阅近10年已发表文献对滤泡性胃炎的临床特征、内镜下特征、组织学特征、与幽门螺杆菌感染及其他疾病的关系、治疗及预后等方面的研究进展做一综述。
