基层医院营养护士对糖尿病患者医学营养治疗教育效果的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨基层医院营养护士对糖尿病患者进行医学营养治疗教育的效果。方法：选取住院的2型糖尿病患者110例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组由临床科室护士执行常规的饮食指导，观察组由营养科护士完成医学营养治疗教育。观察两组患者指导前后糖尿病饮食知识知晓率和饮食治疗依从性。结果：饮食指导后，两组患者对糖尿病饮食知识知晓率都有不同程度提高，观察组均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( 字2=13.145、18.679、42.820、42.820、42.820、52.511、59.479、50.128，P<0.001)。接受饮食指导后，两组患者的饮食治疗依从性均有一定程度提高，观察组评分一般和差的情况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( 字2=5.355、P=0.021， 字2=15.415、P<0.001)；两组评分优良的情况比较，差异无统计学意义( 字2=2.949，P=0.086)。结论：营养护士对糖尿病患者进行医学营养治疗教育，可提高患者对医学营养治疗知识的认知程度，有效改善患者饮食治疗的依从性。
