临床护理路径在老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討临床护理路径在老年便秘患者电子结肠镜检查肠道准备中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2014年10月-2016年8月本院收治的行电子结肠镜检查需行肠道准备的老年患者60例，将患者按随机数字表法分为常规组和临床护理路径组，各30例。常规组采用常规肠道准备，临床护理路径组采用临床护理路径式肠道准备，对两组患者进行前瞻性的研究，观察分析两组患者末次排便情况、清洁灌肠情况、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果：临床护理路径组患者的末次排便合格率高于常规组，清洁灌肠率低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床护理路径组的满意度评分为(91.69±0.63)分，明显高于常规组的(82.63±0.78)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床护理路径组呕吐、恶心的不良反应发生率均明显低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径式肠道准备应用在老年肠镜患者的手术中，可有效提高末次排便合格率，降低清洁灌肠率和不良反应发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical application value of clinical nursing pathway in the preparation of electronic colonoscopy for elderly patients with constipation.Method：60 elderly patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2016 were selected，according to the random number table method，the patients were randomly divided into conventional group and clinical nursing pathway group，30 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were prospectively studied，the last defecation，cleaning enema，adverse reactions and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result：The final pass rate of clinical nursing pathway group was higher than that of the conventional group，the rate of cleaning enema was lower than that in conventional group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of satisfaction of clinical nursing pathway group was (91.69±0.63) points，which was significantly higher than (82.63±0.78) points of the routine group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower in the clinical nursing pathway group than that in the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：Clinical nursing pathway applied in elderly patients with bowel preparation colonoscopy surgery，can effectively improve the qualified rate of last defecation，reduce cleaning enema rate and the incidence of adverse reactions，improve patient satisfaction，it is worthy of clinical application.
