【摘要】 工业性与地方性氟骨症的影像学特点的异同是放射学专业一直关注的问题。随着科技的发展，CT、MRI丰富了检查的手段，以往通过X线诊断氟骨症已不能满足临床工作需要。故有必要梳理一下两种氟骨症的影像学发展的过去与当下，从而进一步提高认识。
