惠州市民营医院护士职业倦怠调查及应对策略(1)
【摘要】 目的:了解民营医院护士职业倦怠现状及与工作压力的相关性。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取2014年5月-2015年7月402名民营医院的女性注册护士为调查对象。采用护士职业倦怠问卷量表、护士工作压力源量表对民营医院护士职业倦怠状况及与工作压力源的相关性进行分析。结果:民营医院护士职业倦怠比一般护士严重;年龄、职称、学历、婚姻状况均对职业倦怠有影响;护士压力源各因素对职业倦有不同程度影响。结论:民营医院护士有更高职业倦怠发生,且不同程度受护士压力源各因素影响,民营护士职业环境有待改善。【关键词】 民营医院; 护理; 职业倦怠; 应对策略
