【摘要】 海分枝杆菌属非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)，主要主引皮肤及手部组织感染，手部非结核分枝杆菌感染中以海分枝杆菌感染最常见，其临床报道日益频繁。但至今对海分枝杆菌感染的病原体检测、流行病学研究、临床体征表现、病理检查、诊断及治疗等方面的认识仍存在缺陷，常导致临床漏诊、误诊等延误治疗，为此现对海分枝杆菌作一综述。
