【摘要】 逆行性种植体周围炎(RPI)是指在种植体植入后短期内出现的伴随临床症状的根尖周病变，而种植体冠方骨结合良好。RPI是种植义齿的一种特殊并发症，是导致种植失败的重要原因之一。其病因复杂多样，主要包括细菌感染、无菌性骨坏死、种植区骨愈合不良、早期过度负载等几个方面。治疗方法类似于天然牙根尖周病的治疗，包括邻牙根管治疗、外科清创术、种植体根尖切除术、引导性骨组织再生术(GBR)以及全身应用抗生素。术前全面检查术区及邻牙病变，术中严格规范手术操作可以有效避免术后RPI，提高种植体的成功率。
