【摘要】 目的：基于微信平台的全程护理对肿瘤患者化疗PICC置管自我维护的应用效果。方法：按照随机数字表法将60例PICC置管肿瘤患者分为试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组予微信平台的全程护理进行PICC维护指导，对照组按常规方法给予PICC维护指导，比较两组的效果。结果：试验组PICC导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，试验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于微信平台的全程护理运用于肿瘤患者的PICC导管自我维护指导可降低患者导管相关并发症的发生率，提高患者满意度。
