综合护理在腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术期中的应用效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析综合护理在腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术期中的应用效果。方法：选取本院2016年1月-2017年6月收治的宫外孕患者100例为研究对象，所有患者均接受腹腔镜下手术治疗，根据其围手术期护理方法的不同分为常规组与综合组，各50例。常规组采用围手术期常规护理，综合组采用综合护理。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间及护理满意度。结果：综合组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均明显短于常规组，术后疼痛评分明显低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；综合组护理满意度为96.0%，高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术采用综合护理，能有效缩短患者手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间，降低术后疼痛评分，提高患者的护理满意度，值得应用于临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method：100 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as subjects，all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.According to the perioperative nursing methods，the patients were divided into conventional group and comprehensive group，50 cases in each group.The operation time，gastrointestinal function recovery time，postoperative pain score，hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The operation time，gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the comprehensive group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group，the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than the conventional group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)；the satisfaction rate of nursing in the comprehensive group was 96.0%，higher than 80.0% in the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy by comprehensive nursing during operation，can effectively shorten the operation time，gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time，reduce postoperative pain score，improve nursing satisfaction of patients，worthy of clinical application.
