【摘要】 冲击波是一种有效、低廉、非侵入性的治疗方法，其应用在不断发展，实验表明冲击波治疗可在多种疾病的康复治疗中发挥作用，治疗禁区不断被突破，成为康复治疗的有力武器。本文通过文献搜索，就体外冲击波在康复领域的应用进展做一综述。

    【Abstract】 The shock wave is an effective，inexpensive and noninvasive method of treatment，its application gets continuous development.Experimental results show that the shock wave therapy can play a role in the treatment of many diseases，its treatment area has been broken.This treatment method become the powerful weapon of rehabilitation treatment.This is a summary of application progress of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the field of rehabilitation medicine through literature search.
