改良新型颈椎牵引弓与传统枕颌带治疗寰枢关节半脱位的疗效比较(1)
【摘要】 目的：对比研究改良新型颈椎牵引弓与传统枕颌带在寰枢关節半脱位牵引治疗中的疗效。方法：2011年1月-2016年12月本院共收治寰枢关节半脱位的患者126例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组两组，每组各63例。对照组采用传统牵引，观察组使用改良新型颈椎牵引弓。结果：观察组患者牵引舒适度、满意度及并发症均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：改良新型颈椎牵引弓成本低，使用人群广，减少并发症的发生，增加患者舒适度，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application of novel modified cervical traction bow and traditional traction belt in atlantoaxial subluxation.Method：Totally 126 patients received with atlantoaxial joint dislocation were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2016，they were divided into two groups，63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional traction，the observation group was treated with modified cervical traction bow.Result：The comfort，satisfaction and complications of the patients in the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The improvement of the new type cervical traction bow has low cost and wide use，which can reduce complications，increase patients’ comfort，improve patients’ satisfaction，it is worthy of popularization.

寰枢关节旋转移位又叫寰枢关节半脱位，主要表现为突发性斜颈、颈部僵直、枕后部疼痛和活动受限，头颈部外伤和咽部感染是最常见的诱因[1]。寰枢关节半脱位患者需行枕颌带牵引复位治疗，因牵引时间长，下颌带挤压脸匣，压迫耳廓及下颌，使并发症增多，所以必须有预见性意识，针对可能发生的并发症，提前实施好护理预防，最大限度减少并发症的发生[2]。选取本院2011年1月-2016年12月收治的寰枢关节半脱位患者126例，将126例寰枢关节半脱位的患者随机分两组，每组各63例。对照组采用传统牵引，观察组使用改良新型颈椎牵引弓，取得满意效果，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
