奥扎格雷钠联合桂哌齐特治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血液流变学、血脂的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察奥扎格雷钠联合桂哌齐特治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死(arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction，ACI)患者的临床效果以及对血液流变学、血脂的影响。方法：选取2015年6月-2016年1月本院收治的动脉硬化性脑梗死患者120例，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组给予桂哌齐特治疗，观察组采用桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。两组均14 d为一疗程，共治疗两个疗程。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标以及血脂情况；观察两组治疗1个月后的临床疗效；通过对患者进行为期1年的随访，观察随访期间两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组HDL水平均高于治疗前，TG、TC、LDL水平及血液流变学指标均低于治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且观察组HDL水平高于对照组，TG、TC、LDL水平及血液流变学指标均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.0%，高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)，两组均未见严重的不良反应。结论：奥扎格雷钠联合桂哌齐特治疗ACI可改善患者的血液流变学及血脂水平，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。
