炙甘草汤辅助盐酸胺碘酮治疗气阴两虚冠心病室性心律失常的效果评价(1)
【摘要】目的：研究炙甘草湯辅助盐酸胺碘酮治疗气阴两虚冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年4月-2017年6月就诊于本院的气阴两虚冠心病室性心律失常患者120例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予炙甘草汤辅助治疗，两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的室性早搏分级、心率、中医症状积分、心律失常发作频率、维持时间及左心室射血分数；比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗后，两组室性早搏分级、中医症状积分、心率、心律失常发作频率、维持时间及左心室射血分数均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)，且观察组室性早搏分级、中医症状积分、心率、心律失常发作频率、维持时间及左心室射血分数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率为98.33%，显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)；观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.00%(3/60)，低于对照组的6.67%(4/60)，但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者均未出现过敏反应。结论：炙甘草汤辅助盐酸胺碘酮治疗气阴两虚冠心病室性心律失常疗效显著，能有效改善患者的临床症状，安全性高，值得在临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction Aassisted Amiodarone in treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia with deficiency of both vital energy and yin.Method：A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia with deficiency of both vital energy and yin in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected，according to random number table，they were divided into observation group and control group，60 cases in each group.The control group was given amiodarone hydrochloride treatment，and observation group on the basis of the control group was given Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction adjuvant therapy，they were treated for 2 months.The classification of ventricular premature beat，heart rate，symptom score of TCM，the frequency of arrhythmia attack，maintenance time，left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment between two groups were compared，the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the classification of ventricular premature beat，heart rate，symptom score of TCM，the frequency of arrhythmia attack，maintenance time，left ventricular ejection fraction of two groupswere significantly better than those of before treatment(P<0.05)，and the classification of ventricular premature beat，heart rate，symptom score of TCM，the frequency of arrhythmia attack，maintenance time，left ventricular ejection fraction of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 98.33%，which was significantly higher than 86.67% of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions inobservation group was 5.00%(3/60)，which was lower than 6.67%(4/60) of control group，but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).They were no anaphylactic reaction.Conclusion：The efficacy of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction Aassisted Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia with deficiency of both vital energy and yin is significant，can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients，high safety，and is worth popularizing in clinical use. 【Key words】 Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction； Amiodarone Hydrochloride； Coronary heart disease； Ventricular arrhythmia, 百拇医药(刘方)
