舒适护理在消化内科缺血性肠炎患者中的临床应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨舒适护理在缺血性肠炎的临床应用效果。方法：选择156例缺血性肠炎患者，按入院先后顺序分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(舒适护理)，每组各78例。比较并分析两组患者入院时、干预后疼痛程度、焦虑状况具体差别及出院时患者的护理满意度。结果：两组患者入院时疼痛评分分别为(7.54±1.26)、(7.72±1.49)分，HAMA评分分别为(14.91±9.54)、(14.06±8.41)分，两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后疼痛评分分别为(7.39±1.72)、(3.42±1.56)分，HAMA评分分别为(14.58±9.07)、(11.10±7.23)分，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时试验组患者护理满意度高达98.72%，明显优于对照组的82.05%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对缺血性肠炎患者应用舒适护理，可以有效减轻患者疼痛，降低焦虑程度，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
