外科严重创伤急救中综合创伤急救模式的效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究外科严重创伤及急救中综合创伤急救模式的效果。方法：以本院2014年
3月-2016年3月期间收治的80例严重创伤患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例，对照组接受常规急救程序，观察组接受综合创伤急救模式，比较两组患者的抢救成功率、确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、并发症、住院时间等情况。结果：观察组抢救成功率为95.00%明显高于对照组的77.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组住院时间、确诊时间、急诊至手术时间均明显短于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为5.00%明显低于对照组的22.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：外科严重创伤患者应用综合创伤急救模式的效果显著，提高抢救成功率，缩短住院时间，减少并发症，降低死亡率，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive trauma emergency treatment model in severe trauma and emergency treatment.Method：80 cases of severe trauma patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into observation group and control group，40 cases in each group，the control group received routine emergency procedures，the observation group received comprehensive trauma care.The success rate，diagnosis time，emergency to operation time，complications and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Result：The success rate in observation group was 95.00% higher than the control group of 77.50%，there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The diagnosis time，emergency to operation time， and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group was 5.00% lower than the control group of 22.50%，there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion：The application of comprehensive trauma emergency treatment in severe trauma patients can improve the success rate of rescue，shorten the length of hospital stay，reduce complications，reduce mortality，it is worthy promoting.

外科嚴重创伤特点为起病突然、病情进展迅猛、伤情复杂多变等，极易诱发多种并发症，严重危及人们的生命安全[1]。相关研究指出，综合创伤急救模式在严重创伤患者抢救期间具有重要的临床意义，其是指患者入院前后的整个急救过程实施优化配置医护人员、规范急救流程、完善急救设备、优质的急救后治疗与护理等，帮助患者享受到专业、有效的急救措施，达到提高抢救成功率，降低死亡率等目的[2]。鉴于此，本文对本院外科严重创伤患者施以综合创伤急救模式，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
