黄芪多糖对冠心病患者心电图及血清中相关因子水平表达的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討黄芪多糖对冠心病患者心电图,血清中E-选择素(E-selectin)、血管细胞间黏附因子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年3月本院被确诊为冠心病的患者60例。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予黄芪多糖,两组均治疗14 d。观察两组血清中E-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-1、TNF-α水平的变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的56.67%,比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=5.079,P=0.024)。治疗前,两组血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-1、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-1、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖能够纠正冠心病患者心电图,明显降低血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-1、TNF-α的表达水平,对冠心病的治疗效果显著,为黄芪多糖更好的应用于临床提供依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide on electrocardiogram,serum E-selectin (E-selectin),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-1(IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 60 patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and experimental group was given Astragalus Polysaccharides on the basis of control group,and they were treated with 14 d.The changes of serum levels of E-selectin,ICAM-1,IL-1 and TNF-α between two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than 56.67% of control group,the difference was statistically significant( 字2=5.079,P=0.024).Before treatment,the levels of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1,IL-1 and TNF-α in two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1,IL-1 and TNF-α in two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Polysaccharides can correct electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease,significantly reduce the expression levels of serum E-selectin,ICAM-1,IL-1 and TNF-α,and has significant effect on coronary heart disease,providing a basis for better application of Astragalus Polysaccharides in clinic.
