系统化护理对骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折临床效果、心理状态及预后分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析系統化护理对骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的临床效果、心理状态及预后。方法：选取2015年6月-2016年6月本院接收的四肢长管状骨骨折患者130例，按照随机数字表法将其分对照组和研究组，各65例。两组均以施行骨外固定支架手术治疗，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用系统化护理。比较两组护理前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、护理效果及不良反应。结果：护理后，两组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于护理前，且研究组均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组优良率为96.92%，高于对照组的73.85%，比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=13.869 1，P=0.000 0)；研究组不良反应发生率为6.15%，低于对照组的26.15%，比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=9.598 1，P=0.001 9)。结论：系统化护理对骨外固定支架治疗四肢中长管状骨骨折的效果佳，能改善患者不良心理状态及预后。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect，psychological state and prognosis of systematic nursing on bone external fixator for treatment of long tubular bones of the limbs fractures.Method：A total of 130 patients with long tubular bones of the limbs fractures in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and study group，65 cases in each group.They were treated with bone external fixation，the control group adopted routine nursing，and study group adopted systematic nursing.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before and after nursing，the nursing effect and the adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Result：After nursing，the scores of HAMD and HAMA in two groups were lower than those of before nursing，and the study group were all lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of study group was 96.92%，which was higher than 73.85% of control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=13.869 1，P=0.000 0).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 6.15%，which was lower than 26.15% of control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=9.598 1，P=0.001 9).Conclusion：Systematic nursing has good effect on bone external fixator for treatment of long tubular bones of the limbs fractures，and can improve the bad mental state and prognosis of patients.
