【摘要】 目的：探讨综合社会支持对宫颈癌化疗患者负面情绪和生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年
8月-2017年7月本院就诊的中晚期宫颈癌化疗患者80例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组联合综合社会支持，两组均护理3个月。比较两组患者护理干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活质量评分，比较两组护理满意情况。结果：干预后，观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于治療前及对照组(P<0.05)，但对照组SDS、SAS评分与治疗前比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，观察组的生活质量各维度评分均高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05)，对照组均低于治疗前(P<0.05)；观察组总满意率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%，比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=5.165，P=0.023)。结论：综合社会支持可有效改善宫颈癌化疗患者的负面情绪，提高生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive social support on negative emotions and quality of life in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy.Method：A total of 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，and observation group combined with the comprehensive social support，they were all nursing for 3 months.The Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)，Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and quality of life scores between two groups before and after the nursing intervention were compared，and the nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared.Result：After intervention，the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were lower than those of before intervention and control group(P<0.05)，but the scores of SDS and SAS in control group were compared with those before intervention，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention，the each dimension score of quality of life in observation group were higher than those of before intervention and control group(P<0.05)，and the control group were all lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.00%，which was higher than 77.50% of control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=5.165，P=0.023).Conclusion：Comprehensive social support can effectively improve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy，and it is worth promoting.
