小儿细菌性感染性疾病联合应用C—反应蛋白、血清前白蛋白及血常规检验的效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿细菌性感染性疾病联合应用C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清前白蛋白(PA)及血常规检验的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月本院收治的细菌性感染性疾病患儿60例为细菌感染组,同时选取病毒性感染患儿60例为病毒感染组,健康体检小儿60例为健康对照组。比较三组CRP、PA以及血常规中的白细胞(WBC)计数水平,比较细菌感染组和病毒感染组患儿CRP、PA以及WBC的阳性率。结果:细菌感染组CRP、WBC水平均高于健康对照组和病毒感染组,PA水平低于健康对照组和病毒感染组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),细菌感染组CRP、PA、WBC阳性率分别为96.67%、90.00%、91.67%,均高于病毒感染组的6.67%、10.00%、5.00%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP、PA以及血常规联合检验对于小儿细菌性感染疾病的诊断准确率较高,能够为患儿的治疗提供参考,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of C-reactive protein(CRP),serum prealbumin(PA) and blood routine combined detection in children with bacterial infection diseases.Method:A total of 60 children with bacterial infectious diseases in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as bacterial infection group,meanwhile,60 children with viral infection were selected as viral infection group,and 60 healthy children were selected as healthy control group.The levels of CRP,PA and white blood cell(WBC) count in blood routine between three groups were compared,the positive rates of CRP,PA and WBC in bacterial infection group and virus infection group were compared.Result:The levels of CRP and WBC in bacterial infection group were all higher than those of healthy control group and virus infection group,the level of PA was lower than those of healthy control group and virus infection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of CRP,PA and WBC in bacterial infection group were 96.67%,90.00% and 91.67% respectively,which were higher than 6.67%,10.00% and 5.00% in viral infection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of CRP,PA and blood routine has high accuracy in the diagnosis of bacterial infections in children,can provide a reference for the treatment of children,and should be further applied in clinical practice.

小兒细菌感染性疾病的临床发病率较高,早诊断以及早治疗能够显著提高治疗效果。常规细菌学检查当中,血培养以及痰培养检测病原体对于疾病确诊有不容忽视的价值,不过需要的时间比较长,同时缺乏足够的特异性以及敏感性,容易延误理想的治疗时机[1]。研究显示,血清前白蛋白(PA)水平可以早期体现感染性疾病的发生发展程度。C-反应蛋白(CRP)是在创伤、感染或者是炎症发生时人体分泌的急性反应蛋白,在肺部感染诊断当中应用广泛,并且其他类型的感染也会使得CRP水平的升高[2]。本研究联合应用PA、CRP以及血常规诊断小儿细菌性感染性疾病,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(陶晶 谢田刚)
