丙泊酚联合咪达唑仑在ICU机械通气镇静治疗中的效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討丙泊酚与咪达唑仑联合应用在ICU机械通气镇静治疗中的效果。方法：选取2015年4月-2017年6月本院收治的ICU机械通气患者68例，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，各34例。试验组给予丙泊酚+咪达唑仑，对照组单用咪达唑仑。观察两组用药前后的基础生命体征，比较两组用药期间的不良反应，比较两组药物起效时间、苏醒时间和达到满意镇静深度所需时间。结果：用药后，试验组平均动脉压、呼吸频率均低于对照组，心率和血氧饱和度均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为8.82%，低于对照组的26.47%，比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=4.66，P=0.03)；试验组药物起效时间、苏醒时间和达到满意镇静深度所需时间分别为
(29.7±9.5)s、(28.5±14.6)min、(28.4±12.7)min，均短于对照组的(61.3±13.8)s、(104.7±29.5)min、(36.9±18.4)min，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：丙泊酚与咪达唑仑联合应用治疗ICU机械通气患者，其镇静效果明显，药物起效快，患者术后苏醒质量高，不良反应发生率低，值得临床借鉴。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Propofol combined with Midazolam in the sedative treatment of ICU mechanical ventilation.Method：A total of 68 patients with ICU mechanical ventilation admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2017 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into experimental group and control group，34 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Propofol+Midazolam，and control group was given Midazolam.The basic vital signs in two groups before and after treatment were observed，the adverse reactions in two groups were compared，the drug onset time，waking time and time required to reach a satisfactory sedation depth in two groups were compared.Result：The mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate in experimental group were lower than those of control group，the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 8.82%，which was lower than 26.47% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=4.66，P=0.03).The drug onset time，waking time and time required to reach a satisfactory sedation depth in experimental group were(29.7±9.5)s，(28.5±14.6)min，(28.4±12.7)min，all shorter than(61.3±13.8)s，(104.7±29.5)min，(36.9±18.4)min of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Propofol combined with Midazolam in treatment of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation has obvious sedative effect，quick onset，high quality of postoperative recovery and low incidence of adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical reference.
