伤口护理风险管理对门诊急诊患者伤口愈合及伤口感染的应用效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：評估伤口护理风险管理对门诊急诊患者伤口愈合及伤口感染的应用效果。方法：选取本院2016年1-12月80例门急诊患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组采用常规管理法，观察组采用伤口护理风险管理法。观察比较两组患者的护理效果、护理质量以及平均治疗时间和护理满意度。结果：对照组患者的临床愈合率80.0%(32/40)明显低于观察组临床愈合率95.0%(38/40)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组患者的临床伤口感染率20.0%(8/40)明显高于观察组临床伤口感染率5.0%(2/40)，显效率显著低于观察组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组的治愈率低于观察组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在护理质量评估方面，观察组的敷料选用、环境清洁、伤口评估、伤口测量、皮肤护理、伤口护理技术、活动指导评分均显著高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的平均治疗时间显著短于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中护理满意25例，基本满意14例，满意率为97.5%，显著高于对照组的85.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：伤口护理风险管理应用于门诊急诊患者的临床护理之中效果显著，可以有效提高伤口愈合率，降低伤口感染率，并在缩短治疗时间以及提高护理质量与患者护理满意度方面具有肯定的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the application effect of the wound nursing risk management in outpatient emergency patients with wound healing and wound infection.Method：80 patients were selected from January 2016 to December 2016，they were randomized devided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group.The nursing effects，the quality of care，the average time of treatment and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The clinical healing rate of control group was 80.0%(32/40) lower than that of observation group with 95.0%(38/40)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound infection rate of control group was 20.0% (8/40)significantly higher than that of observation group with 5.0% (2/40)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of control group was lower than that of the observation group，but there was no statistically significant difference of two groups(P>0.05).In nursing quality evaluation，the observation group selection of dressing，a clean environment，the wound assessment，measurement，skin care，wound care，guide scores were significantly higher than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average treatment time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.05).In observation group，nursing satisfaction of 25 cases，basic satisfaction of 14 cases，the satisfaction rate was 97.5%，significantly higher than the control group of 85.0%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Patients with wound nursing risk management applied in the outpatient emergency clinical care effect is remarkable， and can effectively improve wound healing rate， reduce the wound infection rate.And shorten the treatment time and improve nursing quality and patients satisfaction has a positive effect., http://www.100md.com(洪菱)
