3.5 HNK与头颈部其他肿瘤 研究还发现,HNK对口腔癌HN22细胞[28]、舌癌SOC-19细胞、喉癌SCC-5细胞、头颈部肿瘤Cal-33细胞等多种头颈部肿瘤细胞同样有抑制增殖作用。另外,HNK在体内外可增强部分头颈部肿瘤化疗的敏感性。如在体外,HNK增强厄洛替尼对耐药型及敏感型头颈部肿瘤686LN细胞增殖的抑制作用;在体内,西妥昔单抗抑制移植于裸鼠的头颈部鳞癌1483细胞的生长作用,通过HNK也可得到加强,可能与降低EGFR、相关通路因子p-STAT3和cyclin D的表达有关[15]。
头颈部肿瘤是一种常见的肿瘤,其治疗中相关的副作用给患者带来不小的痛苦,因而寻找有效、低毒的药物是刻不容缓的。我国中草药HNK的抗肿瘤作用在国内外普遍研究,随着研究的逐漸深入,了解HNK的抗头颈部肿瘤细胞的研究进展对药物尽早应用于临床奠定了基础,为其研究新的抗肿瘤作用铺路。综上所述,HNK可作为诊治头颈部肿瘤的候选药物之一,具有很大的研究和临床应用价值。
