冠状动脉CTA在诊断冠心病中的作用(3)
冠状动脉CTA对于诊断冠脉狭窄程度具有较高的诊断准确性，对血管壁斑块性质可以进行评估，对于CTO及复杂病变的患者术前评估具有决定手术成功率的作用，对于支架植入术后及冠脉搭桥术后的患者可以作为复查手段，冠状动脉CTA为侵入性检查提供了最佳替代方案。因此，在临床中冠状动脉CTA成为诊断冠心病的重要检查。
