综合呼吸功能训练对老年肺肿瘤患者术后康复效果的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析综合呼吸功能训练对老年肺肿瘤患者术后康复效果的影响。方法：选取2014年6月-2016年6月本院收治的老年肺肿瘤手术患者92例，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各46例。两组围术期均接受常规护理，在此基础上观察组开展综合呼吸功能训练。比较两组干预前后呼吸功能及血气分析指标，比较两组术后并发症、胸管留置时间及术后住院天数。结果：术后7 d，观察组患者VC%、FVC%、FEV1%、PaO2等指标均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，但两组PaCO2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率為2.17%，明显低于对照组的15.22%，比较差异有统计学意义( 字2=4.929，P=0.026)；观察组患者胸管留置时间、术后住院天数均短于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合呼吸功能训练有利于老年肺肿瘤患者术后康复，建议在临床上推广。

Effects of Integrated Respiratory Function Training on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Lung Cancer Patients/CHENG Bin.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15(07)：087-090
【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of integrated respiratory function training on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients.Method：A total of 92 elderly patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，46 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing during the perioperative period，and on this basis，the observation group carried out comprehensive respiratory function training.The indexes of respiratory function and blood gas before and after intervention between two groups were compared，and postoperative complications，the retention time of chest tube and postoperative hospital stay between two groups were compared.Result：After operation 7 d，the indexes of VC%，FVC%，FEV1% and PaO2 in observation group were better than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)；but the PaCO2 of two groups was compared，the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 2.17%，which was significantly lower than 15.22% of control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=4.929，P=0.026).The retention time of the chest tube in observation group and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of control group，the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Comprehensive respiratory function training is helpful for the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients，and it is recommended to be promoted clinically.
