自动毫安技术MSCT低剂量扫描在泌尿系结石诊断价值的研究(1)
【摘要】 目的:探究自动毫安技术MSCT低剂量扫描在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月在本院诊治的80例泌尿系结石患者为观察对象,分别采用自动毫安技术MSCT低剂量扫描及常规剂量扫描,比较两种剂量扫描的图像质量、图像噪声、CT辐射剂量及结石诊断情况等。结果:常规剂量与自动毫安技术低剂量扫描结石分布、结石直径、图像质量及诊断准确率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自动毫安技术低剂量扫描扫描管电流平均为(96.5±18.3)mA,低于常规剂量扫描的(242.6±22.1)mA,图像噪声高于常规剂量扫描,容积CT剂量指数低于常规剂量扫描,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿系结石诊断中,自动毫安技术MSCT低剂量扫描可满足临床诊断需求,且能极大地降低辐射剂量,安全可行,值得提倡推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application value of auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan in urinary calculus.Method:A total of 80 patients with urinary calculus in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the observation objects.They were taken auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan and the routine-dose scan.The image quality,image noise,CT radiation dose and diagnosis of urinary calculus were compared between two scan modes.Result:There were no significant differences in the distribution of urinary calculus,diameter of urinary calculus,image quality and diagnostic accuracy between two scan modes(P>0.05).The average of tube current in the auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan(96.5±18.3)mA was significantly lower than that in the routine-dose scan(242.6±22.1)mA,the image noise in the auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan was higher than that in the routine-dose scan,CT dose index volume in the auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan was lower than that in the routine-dose scan,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of urinary calculus,the technology application of auto-milliampere technique MSCT low-dose scan can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and greatly reduce the radiation dose.And it is safe and feasible,worth of promoting and popularizing.

泌尿系结石为泌尿外科的常见病与多发病,在欧美国家其发病率约为8.8%,在我国其发病率为1.0%~5.0%,且近年来,随着生活条件、饮食结构的改变,使得本病的发生率逐年上升[1]。泌尿系结石发作时,可表现为剧烈、持续的腰背部疼痛,并伴有血尿,若延误治疗可形成梗阻,甚至損伤肾脏,因此,及时诊断及治疗具有重要的意义[2]。目前,多层螺旋CT(MSCT)因其扫描快、成像分辨率高、敏感性高以及丰富的图像后处理技术而越来越广泛用于泌尿系结石的诊断中[3]。但泌尿系统螺旋CT扫描的范围广,层面较多,患者所接受的辐射剂量比较高[4]。因此,为探究自动毫安技术MSCT低剂量扫描在泌尿系结石检查中的应用价值,本文做如下研究。, http://www.100md.com(张柏昌 仰涢霞 曾官红 姚创成)
