急性子宫大出血治疗中应用子宫动脉栓塞术的护理观察(1)

     【摘要】 目的：研究与观察急性子宫大出血治疗中应用子宫动脉栓塞术的护理效果。方法：回顾性分析2014年6月-2017年6月本院收治的急性子宫大出血患者86例的临床资料，均采取子宫动脉栓塞术治疗。根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组采取常规护理措施，觀察组在对照组基础上采取精细化护理措施。比较两组止血时间、并发症、各项心理康复评分、护理满意度。结果：观察组止血时间(3.6±1.4)d，少于对照组的(8.3±2.2)d，比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.872，P=0.000)；观察组并发症发生率16.28%，低于对照组的41.86%(字2=6.824，P=0.009)；观察组护理满意度为93.02%，高于对照组的72.10%，比较差异有统计学意义(字2=6.541，P=0.010)；观察组各项心理康复评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对急性子宫大出血患者采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗时实施精细化护理的效果非常显著，既能快速止血，减少各种并发症，且还能改善患者心理状态，并达到较高的护理满意度，因此值得应用推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To study and observe the nursing effect of uterine artery embolization in treatment of acute uterine bleeding.Method：The clinical data of 86 patients with acute uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed，they were treated with uterine artery embolization.According to the different nursing methods，they were divided into control group and observation group，43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures，while observation group received meticulous nursing measures on the basis of control group.The hemostatic time，complications，psychological rehabilitation scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The hemostasis time in observation group was(3.6±1.4) d，which was less than that in the control group(8.3±2.2) d，the difference was statistically significant(t=9.872，P=0.000).The complication rate in observation group was 16.28%，which was lower than 41.86% in control group(字2=6.824，P=0.009).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.02%，which was higher than 72.10% of control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=6.541，P=0.010).The each scores of psychological rehabilitation in observation group were all lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The effect of meticulous nursing in treatment of acute uterine bleeding with uterine artery embolization is very significant，it can not only stop bleeding quickly，reduce complications，but also improve the psychological state of patients，and achieve higher nursing satisfaction，which is worthy of application.
