透明质酸钠联合双柏散预防宫腔镜电切术后宫腔粘连的研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察透明质酸钠联合双柏散对宫腔镜电切术后宫腔粘连的预防效果。方法：选取本院2014年11月-2017年11月收治的144例实施宫腔镜电切术患者，按照随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组，每组各48例。A组宫腔镜电切术后采用透明质酸钠联合双柏散预防术后宫腔粘连，B组宫腔镜电切术后采用透明质酸钠预防术后宫腔粘连，C组宫腔镜电切术后单纯使用抗生素预防术后宫腔粘连。观察三组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率及术后不良反应发生情况，评估不同方法对宫腔镜电切术后宫腔粘连的预防效果。结果：A组宫腔粘连发生率低于B、C组，B组宫腔粘连发生率低于C组，三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率低于B、C组患者，B组不良反应发生率低于C组，三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：宫腔镜电切术后应用透明质酸钠联合双柏散治疗，显著降低术后宫腔粘连率，预防作用显著，较少发生不良反应，值得临床广泛推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Shuangbosan on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after transcervical resection of myoma.Method：A total of 144 patients treated with transcervical resection of myoma in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were randomly divided into group A，group B and group C，48 cases in each group.After transcervical resection of myoma，group A was treated by sodium hyaluronate combined with Shuangbai powder for prevention of postoperative intrauterine adhesions，group B was treated by sodium hyaluronate，group C was treated by antibiotics.The incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions and postoperative adverse reactions of the three groups were observed，and the preventive effect of different methods for intrauterine adhesions after transcervical resection of myoma was evaluated.Result：The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in group A was lower than that in group B and C，the incidence of intrauterine adhesions in group B was lower than that in group C，the differences among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B and C，the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group C，the differences among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The application of sodium hyaluronate combined with Shuangbosan after transcervical resection of myoma can significantly reduce the probability of intrauterine adhesions after operation，and it has significant preventive effect and few adverse reactions.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
