非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的护理要点分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究与分析非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的护理要点。方法：选取本院2015年10月-2017年10月收治的儿童乳牙龋齿患儿50例(100颗患牙)为对象进行研究，通过对其全部的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患儿均采取非创伤性修复治疗，且治疗期间实施针对性的护理配合措施。总结分析患儿治疗效果以及护理要点。结果：本组50例患儿(100颗患牙)均一次性完成修复治疗，经半年随访，其中85颗龋洞补料完好，修复总成功率为85.0%(85/100)。其中颌面洞成功率89.23%(58/65)，失败率10.77%(7/65)，而邻颌面洞成功率77.14%(27/35)，失败率为22.86%(8/35)。所有患儿术后均无继发龋齿。结论：非创伤性修复治疗儿童儒雅龋齿的效果非常显著，而治疗期间对患儿加强针对性护理可有效提升其治疗配合度，从而确保修复治疗一次性完成，因此临床需予以重视。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the nursing points of non-invasive repair in treatment of deciduous tooth caries in children.Method：A total of 50 children(100 teeth) with deciduous tooth caries in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as study objects.All the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All of the children were treated with non-invasive repair treatment，and they were taken the implementation of targeted care during treatment.The treatment effects and nursing points were summarized and analysed.Result：All the 50 cases were repaired in one time.After half a year follow-up，85 carious cavities were intact and the total success rate was 85.0%(85/100).The successful rate of occlusal surface cavities wre 89.23%(58/65)，the failure rate was 10.77%(7/65)，while the success rate of adjacent maxillofacial cavities were 77.14%(27/35)，the failure rate was 22.86%(8/35).There were no secondary caries after surgery in all children.Conclusion：The effect of non-invasive repair in treatment of deciduous tooth caries in children is very significant.Intensified and targeted nursing for children during treatment can effectively improve the coordination of the treatment，so as to ensure the reparative treatment is completed in one time.Therefore，it is necessary to pay more attention to the clinical treatment.

在臨床上，儿童乳牙龋齿是一种常见病，多发病，且发病率高达70%，且呈现出逐年增长的趋势[1-3]。但多数患儿到口腔科就诊时，由于高速牙钻噪音、治疗导致的疼痛等会增加其恐惧感，从而降低患儿的治疗配合度和有效性[4-6]。为了减少和避免患儿产生牙科畏惧症，目前临床多采用非创伤性修复技术(atraumatic restorative treatment，ART)进行治疗，该技术借助手工器械将龋坏组织彻底清除后，利用具有较好耐磨性、抗压性能、黏结性能的玻璃离子材料对龋洞加以修复，从而达到治疗龋齿的目的[7-8]。因此本文选取本院2015年10月-2017年10月收治的儿童乳牙龋齿患儿50例(100颗患牙)为对象进行研究，通过对其全部的临床资料进行回顾性分析，即对非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的护理要点进行了研究与分析，现具体报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(陈风云 邱美宁)
