夏枯草胶囊辅助治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进的实践与评价(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究夏枯草膠囊联合甲巯咪唑片辅助治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进的实践与评价。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年6月本院门诊就诊患有弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进的患者80例为研究对象，采用随机数表法平均分成试验组和参照组，每组各40例。参照组采取口服甲巯咪唑片，试验组在参照组的基础上再口服夏枯草胶囊。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)的情况以及甲状腺功能亢进病情程度。结果：经过3个月共3个疗程的治疗后，试验组的总有效率为92.50%显著高于参照组72.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者的甲状腺功能指标中FT3、FT4低于参照组，TSH高于参照组(P<0.05)；与治疗前比较，两组患者的FT3、FT4均明显下降，TSH明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者的甲状腺功能亢进患病程度与治疗前比较均显著改善(P<0.05)，且试验组的重度患者的例数降低程度较为明显(P<0.05)。结论：采用夏枯草胶囊联合甲巯咪唑片治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进患者，能够提高临床疗效的总有效率，改善甲状腺功能指标以及甲状腺功能亢进病情程度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the practice and evaluation of the adjuvant treatment of diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism.Method：From January 2015 to June 2017，80 outpatients in our hospital with diffuse goiter and hyperthyroidism were enrolled in this study.They were divided into experimental group and control group with an average of 40 cases in each group.The reference group took oral methimazole tablets， and the experimental group was treated with the subtilis capsule combined with methimazole tablets.The clinical efficacy， thyroid function indicators of free triiodothyronine(FT3)，free thyroxine(FT4)，thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyroid hyperthyroidism were compared between the two groups.Result：After three courses of treatment for three months，the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%，which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 72.50%(P<0.05).After treatment，FT3 and FT4 in the thyroid function index of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group and TSH were higher than the reference group(P<0.05)；compared with before treatment，FT3 and FT4 in both groups were significantly decreased and TSH was significantly increased(P<0.01).After treatment，the severity of hyperthyroidism was significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05)，and the number of severe patients in treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion：Prunella capsules combined with methimazole tablets in the treatment of diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism in patients with more stable efficacy，can improve the total effective rate of clinical efficacy，improve thyroid function indicators and hyperthyroidism severity.
