【摘要】 目的：探讨脂多糖对食管鳞状上皮细胞的骨形态蛋白4(BMP4)表达的影响。方法：体外培养正常食管鳞状上皮Het-1A细胞，采用不同浓度脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide，LPS)处理细胞、实时荧光定量PCR与蛋白印迹分析方法测定BMP4及Smad1表达的变化，并对其进行相关性分析。结果：10 ng/mL LPS组可轻微刺激食管鳞状上皮细胞表达BMP4、Smad1的表达，与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；100 ng/mL LPS组和500 ng/mL LPS组均明显增强BMP4和Smad1的表达，且随浓度增强效应增强，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：脂多糖可能通过诱导BMP4及BMP信号通路相关蛋白Smad1的表达参与Barrett食管的发生。
