红景天治疗对OSAHS相关的PAH患者炎症因子及血气状况的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的:观察红景天治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)相关的肺动脉高压(PAH)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响及对患者血气分析指标的改善作用。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年4月本院收治的OSAHS合并PAH的患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为红景天组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予OSAHS及PAH常规治疗,红景天组在对照组基础上加用红景天胶囊。比较治疗前与治疗4周后hs-CRP、IL-6、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患者的hs-CRP和IL-6比较,差异均无统计學意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,红景天组的hs-CRP和IL-6均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者治疗前后的PaCO2和PaO2比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红景天可通过抗氧化,清除氧自由基等作用,改善患者的炎症因子,并由此起到保护血管,降低PAH的作用,但对合并有高碳酸血症患者改善作用不明显。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Rhodiola treatment on high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS) related pulmonary hypertension (PAH) and the improvement of blood gas analysis indexes.Method:A total of 60 patients with OSAHS combined with PAH in our hospital in April 2016 to April 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into Rhodiola group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment of OSAHS and PAH,and Rhodiola group was given Rhodiola capsule on the basis of control group.The changes of hs-CRP,IL-6,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) and arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) before and 4 weeks after treatment between two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in Rhodiola group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the PaCO2 and PaO2 in two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rhodiola can improve the inflammatory factors of patients by anti-oxidation,anti-oxygen free radicals and so on,and thus play a role in protecting blood vessels and reducing PAH,but the improvement of patients with hypercapnia is not obvious.
